We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal to the successful management and expansion of our client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate reports on account status and market dynamics.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within existing accounts.
  • Lead project management and client communication for seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues and managing client expectations.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize client experience.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to measure performance objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to track client activities and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successful account management and client relationship development.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and solve client challenges effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
