Junior Landscape Architect (225-1009)

Responsibilities

• Assist senior landscape architects in developing project concept plans and designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Conduct site analysis by assessing physical and environmental characteristics.
• Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project budgets.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project.
• Implement sustainable design practices in accordance with project objectives.
• Participate in on-site inspections to ensure project compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of landscape architecture trends and technologies.
• Support the production of marketing and presentation materials for client engagements.
• Review and evaluate landscape construction projects with senior architects.
• Contribute to the preparation of permits and regulatory documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software tools.
• Familiarity with sustainable design and landscape architecture principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
