Senior Specialist - External Communication

Job Purpose

JOB DESCRIPTION

Execute external communication strategies, activities and initiatives in AD Ports Group. Prepare external communications material and ensure all employees are kept informed, engaged and motivated.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Handle external communications activities, plans, and campaigns for AD Ports Group and its businesses and ensure alignment with company vision, goals and values.
• Prepare accurate and up-to-date content, narratives and messages generated for external communications, social media and marketing, including videos, websites and brochures.
• Provide support in developing project plans and milestones of external campaigns and community (Corporate Social Responsibility) events.
• Track the budget assigned for external communications programs and initiatives and report actual expenditure.
• Maintain strong relationship among stakeholders and ensure to resolve key issues or risks effectively and efficiently.
• Support to develop annual PR tactics and coordinate all speaking platforms.
• Prepare the materials of external communications to ensure they are in an appropriate and timely format..
• Maintain tracking, archiving and reporting of all communication activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 6-8years experience
