The Project

High-profile building asset located in Abu Dhabi.

Accountable for the delivery of MEP services on projects to the agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety and quality requirements. Ensures high-quality, time-efficient, and profitable delivery, whilst providing leadership and accountability for compliance, governance, assurance and management of teams of technical and construction.

Builds and retains key working relationships with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration and performance.
• Champion innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across all project phases.
• Facilitate technical workshops and coordination meetings.
• Liaise with client representatives, specialist consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead ELV coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with other building services.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems, ensuring full operational readiness.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Proven experience delivering complex MEP/ELV projects across sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge in engineering, planning, and commissioning.
• Commercial and safety expertise aligned with industry standards.
• Engineering degree qualifications.
• Abu Dhabi based or willing to relocate.
