Senior Project Manager (225-620)

The Senior Project Manager role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion, including leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and mitigating risks. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects from conception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure successful project execution.

• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members to aid in their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of proven experience in a project management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficient in project management software, tools, and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate project risks efficiently.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members in a project management context.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
