Accountable for designing, managing, and delivering competitive compensation programs that support business and talent strategies while ensuring internal equity and cost efficiency. Partners with HR and business leaders to drive pay-for-performance, maintain market competitiveness, and ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with regulations.
Accountabilities
Design and manage compensation frameworks including salary structures, incentives, and pay-for-performance programs.
Lead annual salary reviews, promotions, and market adjustments to ensure equity and competitiveness.
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to align pay practices with industry trends.
Maintain internal equity while balancing affordability and external competitiveness.
Develop and govern compensation policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, financial governance, and audit requirements.
Provide advisory support to HRBPs and business leaders on offers, retention, and reward decisions.
Deliver data-driven insights, cost modeling, and executive reporting on compensation programs.
Drive automation and effective use of Technology and AI solutions to improve efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing compensation team.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree within a relevant disciple and an HR professional certification preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits and international policies within in global organisation , of which with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Strong track record in managing job evaluation, pay structures, incentive design, and salary review processes.
Experience in large, multinational, or complex organizations preferred.
Deep knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and incentive program design.
Strong analytical, modeling, and financial acumen.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
Proficiency with HRIS, compensation management systems, and advanced Excel.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
