The primary purpose of the role is to assist in the design, development, support Salesforce development across Marketing, Sales, Service, CPQ, FSL & Community Clouds and MuleSoft Integrations. Assist in the implementation/ enhancements and support of Salesforce modules and responsible for the maintenance of Salesforce applications.
Roles And Responsibilities
Engage with Business analyst and clients in workshops to understand and product requirements
Ownership of product / project deliverables
Maintain and customize CRM Sales and Service processes, CPQ, FSL, Document generation (Conga/ Nintex) and Community Cloud implementations.
Understanding of key Salesforce architectural concepts and how they influence design, Security models and techniques within the salesforce.com environment.
Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, etc.)
Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
Work on core development with focus on classes, triggers, batch jobs, RDBMS, integration and java scripting
Azure/ Copado DevOps, OwnBackup change control best practices, including management of multiple code/ configuration streams, code / configuration merging and promoting changes to production through CICD pipelines. Regression and Performance testing experience also required.
Must be able to translate functional requirements into technical requirements
Responsible to build integrations with other systems (ERP 12.2.6), Fusion, SAP consuming MuleSoft for integration purpose, Crypto and Payment gateway integration with Banks etc.
Responsible to test and debug code to ensure that production systems continue to meet user needs, Support QA in functional and system level testing and fix defects, Coordinate testing (with business stakeholders) and sign-off, provide training to key business stakeholders on new features developed.
Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes. Provide day-to-day end-user support.
Must have good communication skills to interact with business users, Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment. Hands on experience on LWC, APEX, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, HexaBPM, Nintex Drawloop is mandatory.

Understanding of E2E technical architectures, integration patterns and security, ideally on Salesforce platform
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Able to sense the needs of business stakeholders combined with a desire to provide excellent customer service
Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams & mandatory experience in engaging with senior leadership
Experience delivering Agile projects thru JIRA boards along with DevOps / CICD pipelines
