Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling vehicles to individual customers or businesses. This includes building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing product information. The individual will need to have strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential customers.
- Provide product information and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers.
- Complete sales documentation and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new vehicle features.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude.
