As a Corporate Recruiter in the Automotive industry, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the entire hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, knowledge of the Automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.   • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of the automotive corporation.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Review job applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements for each position.
  • Manage the interview process, schedule interviews, and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and other third-party vendors when necessary.
  • Negotiate job offers, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the hiring process from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update accurate candidate and job records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring in the automotive industry.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience as a corporate recruiter in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
