Service Advisor - Automotive

As a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to vehicle owners. Your primary role will involve communicating with customers to understand their vehicle maintenance or repair needs, providing accurate estimates for services, and scheduling appointments. You will also act as a liaison between customers and the service technicians, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Additionally, you will be responsible for explaining service recommendations, upselling additional services when appropriate, and ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities
