Job Description

As a Sales Manager (Marine), you will be the driving force behind our sales strategies and client acquisition efforts within the marine industry. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related marine engineering field.
  • Minimum of five years of sales management experience in the marine industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of marine products, services, and the maritime business environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software tools for managing client relationships.
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with clients and industry partners.
