Job Description

The Counter Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales at the front-end of the business. This position involves direct interaction with customers, aiming to provide an excellent shopping experience while effectively meeting sales targets. As the face of the company, the Counter Sales Executive should possess strong communication skills and a welcoming personality. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints efficiently.
  • Manage sales transactions and ensure accuracy in totaling and processing payments.

  • Track inventory levels and communicate with management to restock when necessary.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to improve operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service and sales processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and offers to inform customers appropriately.
  • Assist in setting up promotional displays to attract customer attention.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is usually required for this position.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic mathematical skills for managing payment and transactions accurately.
