Job Description

As a Sales Executive in Consumer Banking Product Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the revenue of our product portfolio. Your primary focus will be on engaging with prospective and existing clients to promote and sell a wide array of consumer banking products, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products. You will develop a deep understanding of customer needs, transform them into financial solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Through dynamic collaboration with other teams like marketing and customer service, you will help enhance product offerings and build enduring client relationships, driving the bank's growth and strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish contact with potential clients through networking and referrals.
  • Assess client needs and suggest appropriate consumer banking products and services.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the bank's products and their unique selling points.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships for enhanced service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations that resonate with customers' financial needs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales successfully.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for product sales and outreach.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated with industry developments.
  • Reach and exceed assigned sales targets and performance milestones.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activities and client feedback to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of consumer banking products and financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and initiative.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to meet client expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing sales processes.
