Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the building materials industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies that align with our business objectives. You must have a strong understanding of the building materials sector and a proven track record of sales success. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads in the building materials industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Provide clients with product knowledge and industry expertise for informed decision making.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and building contractors.
  • Create tailored sales proposals to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions for reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the building materials sector.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials and related sales processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
