  • Maintain client records, ensuring accuracy of information and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales consultant or in another consultative sales role.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate principles and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other industry-related tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and existing network.
