Job Description

A Sales Consultant specializing in Power & Industrial Products is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence through strategic sales initiatives and customer relationship management. This position requires a deep understanding of power and industrial product lines, market dynamics, and sales techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships with clients. They will be proactive in identifying new business opportunities and adept at designing solutions tailored to meet customer needs. The Sales Consultant will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive success across the organization's sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the power and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive sales.

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to close sales successfully.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Stay informed about new product developments and industry innovations.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing efficiently.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the power or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all levels of stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of power and industrial product lines and applications.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
