Also responsibilities include partnering closely with customers to understand their needs, answer queries and recommend the right product that will meet their requirement. The Retail Sales Associate should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints to ensure highest client satisfaction. A successful Retail Sales Associate will stay up-to-date on product features and maintain high standards of our stores visually. The key objective of a Retail Sales Associate will be to achieve excellent customer service and consistently achieve the stores sales goals. Key Responsibilities:

♦ At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Sales Representative.

♦ Working Graphics knowledge on Photoshop and Corel Draw.

♦ Proficiency in English.

♦ Good communication, interpersonal skills and a team player.

♦ Confident personality with customer service focus.

♦ Negotiation and presentation skills.

♦ Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.

♦ Good understanding of sales methods and customer service practices.
