Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality perioperative and acute care for ophthalmic surgical patients.
• Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.
• Monitor patients pre-and post-operatively, ensuring optimal recovery.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure compliance with DOH/DHA standards.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families to ensure understanding and comfort.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid DOH or DHA license.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience delivering exceptional perioperative care in ophthalmic surgical settings.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in specialized nursing, with clinical certification in relevant areas.
• Up-to-date with Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements in compliance with DOH/DHA standards.
