Registered Nurse

Gulf International Medical Services is hiring nurses for its operation in Abu Dhabi. Gulf International Medical Services L.L.C. was founded in 2015 to solely deliver focus High quality Home Health care on Abu Dhabi including Al Dhafra Region and Al Ain by establishing its main Head Office in the heart of Abu Dhabi city.

• Assess and document patient health conditions with precision and compassion.
• Administer medications accurately, according to prescribed guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report any critical changes observed.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families, addressing any concerns.
• Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Educate patients and families about health management and wellness practices.
• Ensure the safe functioning and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, applying appropriate interventions.
• Maintain detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Engage in continuous professional development through learning and training.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license / (PN) with a valid state-issued practicing credential.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or associate degree in nursing required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within healthcare teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
• Min 1yr experience in ICU / Medical Surgical ward preferred
• Exp in NG Tube or PEG feeding needed
• DOH Licensed or passed preferred if DHA should be willing to convert to DOH.
