Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse who can provide exceptional healthcare services to our patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to nursing excellence, outstanding clinical skills, and the ability to manage stressful environments and patient care with compassion and professionalism. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and assess individualized patient care plans. You will adopt best practices and adhere to established protocols in patient care and infection control measures while maintaining a supportive environment for patients and their families. This position requires high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to address patient needs, ensuring they receive quality healthcare and a positive experience.


Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate patient health through accurate collection of detailed medical histories.
  • Develop personalized care plans based on patient assessments and medical needs.
  • Administer medications to patients, monitor responses, and document outcomes accurately.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient care.
  • Ensure informed consent and educate patients and their families regarding care plans and treatments.
  • Conduct health promotion and disease prevention initiatives for patients and communities.
  • Utilize nursing practice standards to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Identify critical changes in patient conditions, promptly alerting necessary healthcare providers.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and educational opportunities to enhance nursing skills.
  • Document patient information and care activities consistently in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Coordinate patient admissions and discharges, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up care plans.


Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program leading to a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in good standing without restrictions.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical practices and standards of care in nursing.
  • Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking abilities required.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various healthcare software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
