Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and empathy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. You will work closely with physicians, practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best treatment plans are executed. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be instrumental in enhancing patient care and facilitating the healing process. Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient health statuses and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients’ needs.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and patient documentation.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
  • Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans as necessary.
  • Participate in patient discharge planning and provide necessary follow-up support.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe treatment environment.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with nursing best practices.
  • Support and mentor junior nursing staff and assist with their training.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and healthcare facility goals.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license .
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for patient documentation.
