Senior Analyst - Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join our team at ENTRA SOLUTIONS PVT LTD (A BSI Financial Company). The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough title searches and analyzing reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex data.

Key Responsibilities

• Research of county records for copies of mortgage loan documents (Security Instruments, Mortgages, Assignments, Powers of Attorney, Modifications, etc.)
• Ordering title search for issuance of title insurance on loan policies and mortgage modification policies.
• Review of title search for insurability for issuance of title insurance on loan policies and mortgage modification policies.
• Coordinate with prior closing companies to obtain loan document and title insurance documents.
• Preparation and coordination of Satisfaction, Release and Partial Releases of loan documents.
• Coordinate with 3rd party partners for issuance of any of the above.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to title searches
• Provide support in the development of policies and procedures for title analysis
• Assist in training junior analysts and team members as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is Mandatory/Masters will be an added advantage but not mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Title Search and Examination
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience with title insurance is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Title Examiner/SME on papers
