Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with diverse medical professionals, and ensure that patient safety and health standards are met. You will be responsible for assessing patients' health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician's orders and protocols.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
  • Assist in diagnostic tests, procedures, and the interpretation of results.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations and provide critical care.
  • Support and guide junior nursing staff, aides, and trainees when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures at all times.
  • Support discharge planning and patient transition to other healthcare settings if needed.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of nursing best practices.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid and current Registered Nurse license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare facility required.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare practices, legal policies, and procedures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calmness.
  • CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified, or willing to obtain certification.
  • Proficiency in medical software applications for patient record management.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in patient care and documentation.
