Civil Foreman

Job Summary

Candor Group is urgently hiring a Civil Foreman for Substation and Power Projects across the UAE. The candidate must have strong experience in civil and structural works related to substations, including foundations, trenches, and concrete works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil site works: excavation, concreting, formwork, and rebar activities.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Maintain daily progress reports and assist with inspections and handovers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience as a Civil Foreman in Substation / Power / Utility Projects.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering / Construction.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
