Job Description

The role of a Recruitment Officer is crucial in identifying and attracting top talent to an organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates effectively.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate and organize recruitment and job fair events to attract talent.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during recruitment processes.
  • Negotiate job offers and salary, managing expectations from both sides.
  • Provide feedback and share insights on recruitment progress with management.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand to attract talented professionals.
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions and professional associations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong ability to interview and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for successful placement.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities.
