Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors, creating a professional and friendly first impression
  • Manage front desk operations including phone handling, couriers, and visitor management
  • Coordinate simple travel arrangements and itineraries for internal teams (following clear travel policy)
  • Provide light admin support when needed, assisting senior team members with occasional requests
  • Ensure the reception area remains neat, organised, and aligned with the companys high standards
  • Be a helpful team player across the office and promote a positive working environment

The Successful Applicant

  • UAE National with Family Book
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, polished, and approachable - able to interact comfortably with people from various nationalities
  • Preferably with experience in hospitality, reception, or client-facing roles, but open to graduates with the right personality and attitude
  • Enjoys being at the front of house and takes pride in delivering great service
  • Presentable and professional, with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
