Job Description
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across the full dental portfolio in Egypt.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and deliver solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.
A successful Sales Representative should have:
- Bachelors degree in Dentistry
- Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales experience in the dental sector (essential).
- Strong network and established relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors in Egypt.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within dental products/solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with the wider sales team.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to travel across Egypt.
