A leading organisation is seeking a senior technology leader to drive its digital platforms & product innovation. This is a high impact role at the intersection of technology and business strategy, overseeing multiple verticals within a rapidly growing fintech environment.
Job Description
- Own and evolve the end to end technology strategy aligned with business growth.
- Lead cross functional product squads delivering scalable apps, APIs, and fintech solutions.
- Oversee cloud native infrastructure, DevSecOps, and 24/7 service operations.
- Drive innovation through agile experimentation, platform reuse, and partner integrations.
- Ensure compliance with central bank and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Act as a key advisor to executive leadership and board committees on technology risk, resilience, and platform evolution.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-country engineering organisation.
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience, with 5-7 years in fintech, payments, or digital banking.
- Proven track record in scaling engineering teams and building cloud native platforms.
- Proven ability to build and operate platforms within regulated environments (payments, lending, data privacy).
- Hands on, proactive approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- UAE market experience is essential.
- A senior leadership platform to shape digital financial services at scale.
