Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Fintech
Company. The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying,
developing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market
expansion. The role involves developing and executing strategies to attract and retain key clients,
negotiating contracts, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders. The Senior BDM plays
a key role in shaping the future direction of the business and contributing to its overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies and plans aligned with company
goals.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and sectors to pursue.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients,
stakeholders, and partners.
Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead identification to closing.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies.
Develop and negotiate contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance
teams.
Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments, identifying opportunities
and risks.
Prepare financial projections, reports, and forecasts for new business initiatives.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (such as marketing, operations, and delivery) to
align strategies and maximize value delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
(Master’s degree is a plus).
7+ years of business development or sales experience, with a strong track record of securing
and growing accounts.
Experience in negotiation, pricing strategies, proposal development, and client
relationship management.
Familiar with financial metrics, revenue models, and pricing structures.
Excellent network and industry knowledge, with a strong understanding of market trends
and competition.
