Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct market analysis to advise clients accurately on property values and trends.
  • Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers for consideration and negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance with all established real estate laws and standards.
  • Coordinate property showings and accompany clients for inspections when required.
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Maintain an active database of current listings and potential buyers for future transactions.
  • Provide clients with information and advice on mortgages, market conditions, and prices.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional networks to connect with potential clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your real estate skills.
  • Stay updated on the real estate market by reviewing trade journals and attending industry events.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate agent license in the state of employment is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in real estate transactions is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on exceptional client service.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and computer software for daily tasks.
