Rake Man

Position: Rake Man

Salary: 2000 AED

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of surfaces for asphalt laying, including cleaning, leveling, and compacting.
• Operate rakes and other hand tools to spread and smooth asphalt evenly.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of asphalt materials.
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with the asphalt crew to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rake Man in the asphalt industry.
• Knowledge of asphalt materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
