A Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate industry by assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in properties. They are essential in guiding clients through the complexities of real estate transactions, ensuring they make informed decisions and secure the best deals. As a Property Consultant, you will engage with various clientele, including homeowners, investors, and developers.   • Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events and seminars to keep up with industry advancements and trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of property market dynamics and financial principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of current legal guidelines surrounding real estate transactions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and property databases for managing client information.
  • Valid real estate license or certification as required by local regulations.
