Requirements

  • Proven experience working in the real estate industry as a consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws, market conditions, and valuation principles.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with an ability to close deals successfully.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships through effective communication.
  • Proficient in using real estate software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid real estate agent or broker's license in the operating region.
