Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with homeroom and specialist teachers to co-plan and co-teach inclusive lessons.
  • Deliver direct support to students through in-class, small group, and individual sessions.
  • Design, implement, and review Documented Learning Plans (IEPs, ALPs, Behaviour Plans).
  • Use a coaching model to build teacher confidence in inclusive strategies.
  • Track and monitor student progress using school data systems and milestone trackers.
  • Lead meetings with families, teachers, and therapists to ensure coordinated support.
  • Supervise and mentor Inclusion Assistants and Learning Support Assistants.
  • Promote inclusive values and practices throughout the whole school community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, or Bachelor’s in Education with a recognized Special Educational Needs qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • Experience in international, inclusive settings; IB PYP experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and specialists.
  • Passion for supporting the whole child — academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • Commitment to inclusive education as a whole-school responsibility.

Why Join Us?

At Raha Gardens Campus, you will work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your contributions are valued, and your professional growth is supported.

We Offer

  • A competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Access to high-quality professional development opportunities
  • A supportive, multicultural community of staff, students, and parents
  • Early applications for this position are strongly encouraged and the school reserves the right to make an appointment ahead of the advertised closing date should an exceptional candidate be identified.
