Physiotherapist

The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical challenges resulting from injury, illness, or disability. Working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting in the UAE, the role involves developing individualized treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support recovery and improve quality of life. A focus on patient well-being, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to healthcare standards is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tests.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain.

• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.

• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure coordinated care.

• Educating patients and their families on at-home exercises and injury prevention techniques.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with UAE health regulations.

• Ensuring all therapies are conducted in a safe and hygienic environment, aligned with clinical best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; a master’s degree is an advantage.

• Valid license or eligibility to practice in the UAE.

• Minimum 2–4 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation.

• Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and digital health record systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Up-to-date knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary therapy techniques.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an asset.
