Job Description

An Off-Plan Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate industry by advising clients on potential property investments that are under development or yet to be constructed. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong sales acumen, and exceptional communication skills. Off-Plan Property Consultants are responsible for guiding clients through the process of purchasing property before it is built. This involves understanding and explaining the viability and expected growth of such investments, ensuring clients are aware of future potential, and handling the transactional processes involved in these deals. The role demands a proactive approach as it involves prospecting and developing long-term relationships with clients, offering them the best investment opportunities while ensuring high levels of service and guidance.


Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on investment opportunities in properties that are not yet completed.
  • Research and stay updated on upcoming real estate projects and market trends.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of property proposals and promotional materials.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide clear, detailed property briefs and presentations to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients and property developers.
  • Assist clients with the necessary legal paperwork and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate site visits, property tours, and meetings with potential investors.
  • Manage client portfolios to ensure satisfaction and maximum investment returns.
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract high-value clientele.
  • Collaborate with property developers to enhance the sales process and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in all deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of real estate market dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for presentations and data management.
