Your Marketing Mission
📢 Digital Campaign Leadership:
- Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns
- Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) with 20% MoM growth targets
- Optimize Google Ads with 15%+ CTR performance benchmarks
- Create compelling case studies showcasing our engineering projects
- Produce high-converting website copy and blog content (3-4 posts weekly)
- Design visually striking presentations for client pitches
- Conduct competitor analysis using SEMrush/Moz
- Track campaign performance with Google Analytics
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Coordinate high-impact event marketing (3-5 industry events annually)
- Manage strategic partnerships with industry influencers
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years UAE marketing experience (engineering/construction preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns
- Expertise in:
- LinkedIn Ads Manager
- Google Ads (certification preferred)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- HubSpot/Mailchimp
- Arabic/English bilingual capability
- Experience with BIM marketing
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi municipality marketing regulations
