Your Engineering Impact
🏭 Process Optimization:
- Redesign production layouts using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (target: 15-20% efficiency gains)
- Implement Industry 4.0 solutions (IoT, automation, predictive maintenance)
- Conduct time-motion studies to eliminate waste (30% reduction target)
- Develop digital dashboards tracking OEE, TAKT time, and quality metrics
- Lead ERP system enhancements (SAP/Oracle implementation experience preferred)
- Create simulation models using FlexSim/Arena
- Mentor junior engineers in industrial engineering best practices
- Collaborate with RAK regulatory bodies on compliance matters
- Interface with clients for process improvement consultations
✅ Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering (ABET-accredited program)
- 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
- Proven expertise in:
- Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certified preferred)
- AutoCAD Factory Design
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Capacity planning software
- Familiarity with RAK Economic Zone (RAKEZ) regulations
- Understanding of RAK's industrial development strategy
- Experience working with RAK Ceramics/Steel industries (advantageous)
