Job Description

The Marketing & CRM Manager plays a critical role in the organization, overseeing the planning and execution of marketing strategies and customer relationship management initiatives. This pivotal position is responsible for increasing brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and driving business growth through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic customer interactions. The Marketing & CRM Manager is expected to utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional methods, to reach and engage potential and existing customers effectively. Moreover, the role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior analytics to improve customer journey mapping and experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this manager will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies designed to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to support sales goals and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Monitor customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic and data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and influence effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse marketing team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective project management.
