Manager Digital Experience

Synopsis

The Etihad Digital Experience Manager will design and deliver a Digital Experience implementation focusing on improving channel relevance and customer satisfaction.

Drive continuous benchmark and research for best in class Digital Experience.

The position requires a creative skillset and intuitive capability with airline and travel competences. The designed solutions will enable a Digital best in class experience.

Accountabilities

• Design & Implementation of Digital User Interface
• Drive Research and benchmark to improve Digital Experience
• Prototype User Interface for Implementation teams
• Integrate Copy and Creativity on digital touchpoints
• Build user journeys based on data and digital simplicity
  
  

Education & Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of related work experience
• Experience of digital product and airline service design
• The ability to break down and design complex ideas and product features effectively
• UX and interaction design best-practices and patterns
• Wireframing and Sketch capabilities
• Developing the journeys using the global Customer Experience process
