Lead, and execute outage activities associated with Reactor Vessel Disassembly, Reactor Core Fuel removal, Neutron Source movement, and Reactor Core Fuel reload, and Reactor Vessel Reassembly, Spent Fuel Pool Fuel movements and non-outage fuel movement such as new fuel receipt and storage activities in accordance with Nawah standards and procedures.
This includes coordinating, monitoring, and communicating between the OCC (Outage Control Center), Operations, Maintenance, Contractors, Radiation Protection, Safety, and Containment Coordinators to ensure the smooth flow of work, adherence to critical path schedule, and strict focus on nuclear safety and industrial safety in accordance with Nawah standards and procedures

Leadership/ Supervisory Support
Responsibilities And Accountabilities:
Stand-in for the Supervisor during the period of absence from the plant (Leave, sickness, training) and meetings as required to ensure overall supervisory support is available.
Support the leadership of the team and sub-teams as required during work in the field in the plant.
Lead other maintenance teams as required to ensure supervision is provided in the absence of another team supervisor/ Head.
Demonstrate high standards of Human Performance, Maintenance Fundamentals and LEAD behaviors to ensure competent supervision is provided.
Continuously achieve and retain a significant number of technical competencies as per training qualification matrix to maintain technical competence for the position.
Reactor Vessel Disassembly, Reassembly and Fuel movements
Responsibilities And Accountabilities:
Lead teams and perform reactor related service job tasks in a timely manner and with quality to achieve operational readiness and to operate with the highest level of safety and reliability.
Develop plans and schedules to optimize refueling related activities.
Ensure the appropriate leadership in the field, the following Fuel Handling maintenance are maintained and overseen:
Fuel Receipt including the unloading and storage of the fuel shipping cask as well as the fuel handling, inspection, and storage of the fuel assemblies.
Reactor Pressure Vessel (IHA) Integrated Head Assembly Disassembly & Re-assembly including vessel internals such as Upper Guide Structure (UGS) & Core Support Barrel (CSB).
Removal and re-Installation of components such as but not limited to pressure boundary, push and pull cables, 54 Reactor Vessel-Stud bolts and plugs, stud hole inspection & plug installation.
Core Loading & Unloading
Management of Fuel Handling Systems and Equipment, including inspection, testing and maintenance of lifting and rigging equipment/accessories.

Verify that all work carried out is of the highest standards of safety and quality, and in compliance with the department and company-wide quality assurance program, to effectively support safe and reliable plant operation.
Participate in continuous learning and application of industry best practices to maintain the highest quality of maintenance workmanship.
Identify and respond to maintenance quality related issues and plant equipment deficiencies to line management to support rapid resolution of quality issues.

High School
9 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
7 years of relevant experience of which:
4 years in Pressurized Water:
Reactor (PWR) Nuclear Power experience at an operational site and or Advanced Pressurized Experience Water Reactor APR-1400, Open
Pool Reactor (OPR)-1000 or Combustion Engineering Nuclear Steam Supply System (CE NSSS)
Design, Work Management or Outage Management experience, as applicable for position.
