Job Description
Responsibilities
- 1. Assist the teacher with the Assigned work, and ensure it is carried out by his/her students.
- Assist for the development, progress, attainment and behavior of the students;
- Working with small groups of students to enhance the learning process
- Participate and assist in appraisal of students’ performance;
- Assist and Monitor student discipline and safeguard their health and safety at all times;
- Assist to Register attendance of students and report absence immediately to the Supervisor.
- Assist in educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the head teacher, and class teachers.
- Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities.
- Assist class teachers with maintaining student records.
