Job Description

As an Indoor Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, building solid relationships with customers, and executing sales strategies within a given territory. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service and delivery, while also identifying new sales opportunities and reaching your targets. This position demands excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer-oriented approach to handle various customer inquiries and issues efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify customer needs and present suitable products and services effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs within the designated sales territory.
  • Collaborate with teams across different departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and agreements to prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Manage client accounts efficiently, resolving any issues and improving client retention.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
  • Update and maintain customer records and sales activities accurately using CRM software.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and networking events as required.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to support product improvement efforts.
  • Implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive overall profitability and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the indoor sales or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and exploit sales opportunities.
