Job Description

An HR Executive plays a crucial role in an organization's human resources department, facilitating the smooth and efficient handling of HR activities. They are responsible for managing employee relations, recruiting new staff, administering payroll, benefits, and training, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. As an HR Executive, you will be a central point of communication between employees and management, providing HR support and guidance that helps to cultivate a positive company culture. You must possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage confidential information. This role is essential for fostering a productive and harmonious workplace where employees feel valued and motivated.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of human capital.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire) for trend analysis.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program competitiveness to attract and retain staff.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes.
  • Facilitate disciplinary and grievance issues according to company policies.
  • Organize employee training sessions and professional development workshops.
  • Plan and coordinate annual performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant human resources position.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills are critical.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex HR issues.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
