In the UAE, Manchester City’s Football Education team operates a range of standout initiatives including the Abu Dhabi Cup, the region’s largest youth football tournament, and the City Abu Dhabi League, which provides players of all abilities with structured, competitive opportunities throughout the season. The team also collaborates closely with Al Jazira Club as part of a strategic partnership designed to enhance player pathways and support football development across the Emirates.

The Role

This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to lead within Manchester City’s Football Education team. As Head Coach of the Manchester City Football School in Abu Dhabi, you’ll take responsibility for delivering a coaching programme that reflects the Club’s philosophy, methodology, and commitment to developing players of all ages and abilities.

You will also play a key role in working towards commercial targets with regular monthly reporting, leading weekly fixtures, and managing clear, consistent communication with families to ensure the highest standards of engagement and satisfaction. This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to make a genuine impact in a thriving international environment, working alongside an experienced team and helping to shape the future of football development in the region.
