- Location: Business Bay, Dubai (on-site)

- Schedule: Mon–Fri

- Employment: Full-time | Immediate joining

- Compensation: Salary + commission (market standard)

What you’ll handle

- Manage listings, client inquiries, viewings, and timely follow-ups

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and developers

- Track market trends and off-plan launches; prepare basic comps

- Work towards monthly targets with clean pipelines and activity discipline

You’ll thrive here if you:

- Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and stay organized

- Are goal-oriented, persistent, and comfortable with a fast pace

- Have UAE real estate experience (preferred) - exceptional freshers welcome

- Nice to have RERA card (or willingness to obtain)

- UAE driving license

- Additional languages beyond English
