Role Overview

We’re looking for a full-time Maintenance & Guest Support Specialist with proven experience in short-term rentals or holiday homes. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of Airbnb operations — quick turnovers, urgent fixes, and guest satisfaction.

This role combines maintenance, driving, and guest interaction, so reliability, communication, and problem-solving are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily maintenance tasks: electrical, plumbing, A/C, painting, appliances, and basic repairs

• Prepare properties before check-ins — ensuring everything is working and spotless

• Support guest check-ins and check-outs with a professional, friendly attitude

• Drive to and from properties for repairs, supply runs, and emergency calls

• Communicate clearly with the operations and cleaning teams via WhatsApp

• Respond to urgent maintenance issues promptly

• Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in short-term rentals / holiday homes / hotel apartments (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of Airbnb-style operations and guest expectations

• Valid UAE driving license

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Reliable, hands-on, and proactive problem solver

• Able to work flexible hours (including weekends when required)

Salary & Benefits

• AED 3,000 – 4,000/month, depending on experience
