Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in industrial automation to lead sales initiatives, develop new business, and manage client relationships. This role requires a bilingual professional (Arabic & English) with proven expertise in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance excellence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Prepare market analysis, sales forecasts, and business reports.

  • Collaborate with management to align sales efforts with organizational goals.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in industrial automation, electrical, or instrumentation sectors.

  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) is required.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Strong client relationship management experience.
