Crane Operator

Position: Crane Operator

Location : Abu Dhabi

Salary : 3500-4500 AED

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect and maintain cranes and related equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Perform pre-operational checks on cranes and ensure all safety measures are in place before starting work.
• Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment according to instructions from the transportation team.
• Communicate with team members using hand signals, radio, or other forms of communication to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure that all loads are properly secured and balanced before lifting.
• Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to crane operations to ensure safety.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any issues or incidents to the transportation team.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid crane operator certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes in a transportation or construction environment.
• Knowledge of different types of cranes and their operating principles.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for crane operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and lift plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
