The Role

Your Impact

As a Manchester City coach, you’ll:

• Deliver high-quality sessions that reflect City Football Group’s philosophy, methodology, and principles
• Support lead coaches before, during, and after delivery
• Review sessions and share feedback to enhance the programme
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure delivery excellence
• Represent Manchester City at local and regional activations
• Maintain professionalism and uphold our values both on and off the field

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• FA Level 2 / UEFA C minimum (or international equivalent)
• Member of an FA with an active coach licence
• Qualification in sports coaching or teaching
• Safeguarding training (e.g. FA Safeguarding Children Workshop)
• Experience coaching players from a variety of backgrounds and cultures
